Big Sky Polka Festival - Billings

The Big Sky Polka Festival will hold it's 19th annual event on Labor Day weekend. Truly the largest dance festival in the entire rocky mountain northwest region. This event draws dancing folks from 30 states and Canada.

This event takes place at a large decorated ballroom with a hard wood dance floor. Food and drink will be served on site or visit one of many fine eating establishments. Some dance clothing, dance shoes and jewelry are available at booths for purchase. The festival will feature three great bands - Julie Lee and Her White Rose band from Fargo North Dakota, The Ridgeland Dutchmen from Sparta, Wl. and the Just for Fun Band from Billings, MT.

Dance to great music by these Polka dance bands. Dancing includes; Waltzes, Two-steps, Polkas, Jitterbugs, Schottisches and country tunes.

RVs welcome to park in a large paved lot, no hook-ups. Many fine Motel/Hotels are available with festival rates.

Please come join us to start the festival off with a large Jam Session Thursday evening August 30th 7:00pm - 10:OOpm.

The Big Sky Polka Festival will be held at the Shriner's Auditorium, 1125 Broadwater Avenue, Billings. Take exit 446, King Avenue West, to 24th Street West, turn right, north, proceed to Broadwater Avenue, then turn right, east to 1125 Broadwater Avenue.
