Heart & Sole Run - Billings

The Annual Heart and Sole Run includes a 5K (RRCA Western Regional Championship), 10K and 2 Mile Health Walk. Participants receive a micromesh t-shirt. The run is for all ages and abilities with proceeds benefitting the YMCA Healthy Community Campaign and Trails Development.

Registrations are $20 until May 1. After May 1, the registration is $25. Registrations after June 3 are not guaranteed a T-shirt.

The course begins at St. Vincent Healthcare, proceeds through the MSU-Billings campus and finishes at Dehler Park (home of the Billing Mustangs Minor League Baseball Team). At the finish there will be a Wellness Festival, free to the public, with music, booths promoting healthy lifestyle programming and family fun events.
