At Lookout Pass, we're committed to providing you and your family with a great powder skiing experience. Snow comes early and often and Lookout is blessed with a microclimate that delivers abundant high quality snow to 540 skiable acres with 34 named runs and deep powder glades. Three terrain parks include Exix, with awesome kickers and rails; Rolling Thunder, a natural-themed park with unique features constructed out of old timber; and the Discovery, a place where beginners can learn tricks safely. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing is available on 25 K of trails. Lookout's Famous Free Ski School offers lessons to kids age 6-17. Getting Here is easy: From Missoula, get on I-90 and head for the Montana/Idaho border and drive for about 100 miles. Hit the off ramp at Exit 0. Our parking lot is 200 yards ahead. In a few minutes you'll be on the snow!
