The Anglers Afloat Story began twenty years ago, when Dave Finished graduate school in Missoula and began exploring the vast fly fishing frontier around him. He later channeled the love for the sport into Anglers Afloat, a unique professional guide service specializing in fly fishing float trips, gourmet cuisine and angling instruction. Twenty-six years of superior service has set us apart from our competition and made us the choice of discriminating anglers from coast to coast.

Our sturdy fleet of Avon inflatables are especially equipped for the fly fisherman with plenty of dry storage, rod cases and dual padded swivel seats to reduce back strain. A spare rod is always there in case your equipment fails. Lunches are made fresh each morning with a variety of homemade dishes that are sure to please your palate. Special request for barbecues and low fat lunches are gladly accepted. Just let us know.
