Firepit, play lawn games, etc. Beautiful location for an intimate wedding, outside or in and we can arrange tables and chairs, and/or catering for any group.

Downstairs, three bedrooms, bath, full kitchen with table and chairs, family room, fireplace, patio, washer/dryer. BBQ on patio, lots of trees, amazing views of lake, mountains. In the summer enjoy early morning sunrises and long days; sun is up until 10:00 pm. bring the whole family, pets, horses, and granny.

Barn, corrals, pasture, auto water tanks, feed supplied for a charge. Room to park boat, horse trailers. Additionally we have RV parking with water and power hookups. Extra parking.

Large dock, bring your boat, jet skis, and/or use our canoe, paddle boat, or kayaks. Very quiet end of lake, opposite from the public beach area. Over 700 feet of shore that is shared with only two neighbors, lots of room to swim, float and play without lots of boat traffic.

Close to all the Flathead valley has to offer.
