Clearwater Crossing Campground - Alberton

Clearwater Crossing Campground and Trailhead is a primitive campground with 3 overnight campsites located along the West Fork of Fish Creek. Fishing and hiking may be enjoyed here. Clearwater Crossing serves as a trailhead for several trails that access the Great Burn proposed wilderness area. It has a restrooms, drinking water in the summer, and stock facilities. Pets are allowed if on a leash. This is a pack it in, pack it out campsite. Gas is available within 25 miles of this site. Please limit stay to 14 days. No camping fee.

From Interstate 90, take the Exit 343 at Fish Creek. Take Fish Creek Road 343 to intersection with Road 7750. Follow 7750 to dead end at Clearwater Crossing Campground. Hole In The Wall Bar/Restaurant is next door.
