The Nature Conservancy - Helena
The Nature Conservancy is a non-profit conservation organization that works in more than 30 countries including all 50 states. Our mission is to preserve the land, water and natural communities that are necessary to sustain life on Earth. In Montana, we focus on conserving natural places at a scale that will ensure the long term health and survival of all the state's extraordinary wildlife, as well as the quality of life that makes our state special. We base our work in science and partnerships with landowners and other organizations committed to good stewardship of Montana's natural wealth.
We also operate the Pine Butte Guest Ranch on the Rocky Mountain Front (see separate listing). Guests experience all the fun of a traditional ranch vacation such as horseback riding, cookouts and hikes, but we have an added value. Our expert naturalist and wranglers are committed to helping our guests understand the natural beauty that surrounds them, from the fields of wildflowers to the amazing wildlife. Every hike and ride isn't just fun, it's an enriching connection with Nature that brings our guests back to the ranch year after year.
