Grant-Kohrs Ranch Days - Deer Lodge

Grant-Kohrs Ranch is happy to present this annual celebration of the cowboy and cattleman's West which includes roping, branding, chuck wagon cooking, blacksmithing and traditional cowboy music and poetry. Speakers and cultural demonstrators interpret the open range cattle era at this historic working ranch preserved by the National Park Service. Come on out for a good time. Free admission all year.

Folks can be part of bringing in the hay, the old-fashioned way, with draft horse teams and buckrakes. Teams of volunteers come in just to help us use our beaverslide stacker to form the hay for winter only available on Sunday.

We have musical groups performing on Saturday. End the day on Saturday with our music jam/campfire.

As always All events are FREE**FREE***FREE- wagons will run all day Saturday for enjoyable rides and refreshments provided on site.
