Cameron Bridge Retreat - Bozeman

This great property features a log home with a large deck, ten beautiful acres, river frontage just a short walk from the house on a channeled section of the Gallatin River. Excellent for fisherman and nature lovers alike, yet only a fifteen minute drive from Bozeman. This rambling log home, about 4,000 square feet, has a very comfortable western style.

There are four bedrooms plus a bunk room for kids and four full baths in the home. The master bedroom is in a loft over the living room, with a beautiful queen size bed from which you can enjoy the scenery out the picture windows. There is a private, full bath with tub and shower off the master bedroom. The second bedroom, with a queen bed as well, is downstairs off the living area. This bedroom has an adjoining full bath with shower. Over the kitchen and dining room is a loft with a third queen size bed. Head down to the lower level of the home and there is a fourth bedroom with queen size bed and an open bunk room area that is set up with a two deluxe bunk beds. These bunk beds have one full size bed on the bottom and 3 twins. There is one full bath on this lower level as well. The home can accommodates 12+ guests very comfortably.

The dining area, off the kitchen, has a large wooden table made for a crowd! It seats 10 comfortably.

The living room has very comfortable, tasteful furniture and a wood stove. There are double doors that lead out to the deck and hot tub, with huge picture windows to enjoy the scenery. Off to the side of the living room is a game table, plus a selection of games to go with it!

In the library you will find a television and VCR/DVD and satellite service. The library is a great place to hang out, watch TV, or sit back and enjoy some reading time.

There is a row of six rocking chairs on the porch, to relax in, watch the birds and listen to the river. Frequent visitors to the property include cranes, beavers and eagles. A fire pit in the yard make an evening bonfire irresistible. There may be restrictions on use of the firepit in later summer. The outdoor hot tub provides a great place to enjoy our 'Big Sky'.

The rental rate includes an end of stay cleaning. For guests who stay two weeks or more, a weekly cleaning will be done. Additional housekeeping, catering service, and grocery shopping can be arranged with prior notice.

Fishing and swimming right on the property, great for fishermen or those who want to have a cooling dip on a hot summer day. Please note, there is a public river access on the Gallatin River just across from the property, so there are frequently other people enjoying the river as well. There are restaurants, shops, galleries and several museums in Bozeman as well as hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting nearby. It is centrally located to visit Yellowstone National Park from two different entrances. Bridger Bowl Ski area is about 35 minutes away and Big Sky Resort is about one hour away. There's so much to do!

It's just a twenty-minute drive to Gallatin Field Airport.

No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval from Mountain Home. There is a private phone, and a laundry room with washer and dryer for guests to use.
