NAIFC (North American Ice Fishing Circuit) Ice Fishing Tournament Weedend: An official North American Ice Fishing Circuit event on Hebgen Lake at Kirkwood Resort & Marina. Winter's equivalent of summer's big time bass and walleye tournaments, is filled with seminars, a kid's workshop and the fishing competition itself. A round of evening activities will add local flavor to this fist annual staging. Pack up the modern day version of woolies and join us in West Yellowstone. Add great snowmobiling, snowcoach tours, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing for an invigorating weekend in winter.

Friday Night Seminar: Social Hour 6:00-7:00pm, Seminar 7:00pm, Round table discussions with NAIFC Pro-Staff after the seminar. This NAIFC Pro Staff Seminar program is geared toward educating fishers to the world of tournaments ice fishing and the best products in the industry. The seminar is open to the public. After the seminar teams that are registered for the tournament will be paired with NAIFC Pro Staff in small groups. These group tutorials will include specific techniques on how to catch fish during a tournament. The groups will be invited to pre-fish on Hebgen Lake at 8:00am Saturday morning, where the NAIFC Pro Staff will be demonstrating their fishing techniques used to compete in tournaments.

Saturday Morning Kids Ice Camp: In class tutorial (Kirkwood Resort & Marina) 10:00am-10:30am On Ice fishing (Hebgen Lake) 10:30am- Noon. NAIFC Pro Staff will promote fishing education through demonstration in classroom tutorials. Parents must accompany their kids during the event. The kids and parents will then be invited to fish on Hebgen Lake with the NAIFC Pro Staff. Equipment will be provided. This is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather. Each youth will be given sponsors products and promotional items for their future ice fishing adventures.

Saturday Night Rules Meeting Mandatory meeting (at least one team member) Dinner with Cash Bar. Social Time 5:00-7:00pm. Registration 5:00-6:45pm. Rules Meeting starts at 7:00pm.

Sunday Indoor Weigh-In (Kirkwood Resort & Marina) Weigh-in starts at 1:05pm

From the East on I-90, turn south onto Highway 191 at Belgrade, go south approximately 80 miles (the Big Sky junction is about halfway) to the junction for Highway 287. The highway sign will point west (right) to Ennis and Hebgen Lake. Turn right onto Highway 287 and go 9 miles. Check in at the blue convenience store on the north (right) side of the highway (If you get to Hebgen Dam, you have gone too far; go back 2.5 miles.)



From the West on I-90 (and from Glacier Park), turn right onto Highway 287 ath Three Forks and go approximately 90 miles (Ennis is about half-way). Go past the junction of Highway 87 toward Idaho, going 11 more miles to the blue convenience store on the north (left) side of the highway. (From Hebgen Dam, go 2.5 miles.)

From the South on Highway 20 (ID), turn north (left) onto Highway 87 at junction about 11 miles before reaching West Yellowstone. Go about 18 miles on Highway 87 to the junction with Highway 287. Turn east (right) onto Highway 287, go 11 miles to the blue convenience store on the north (left) side of the highway (2.5 miles from the Dam).
