The Torgrimson Place - Fishtail

The Torgrimson Place (registered with National Historic Society) is settled in the foothills of the dramatic Beartooth Mountains. Down the road rests the Torgrimson Place, a rustic log house built some time before 1904. We have lovingly refurbished the house and are now offering the home for rent to couples, families or individuals looking for a peaceful, attractive sanctuary. Our property is completely surrounded by other privately owned ranches. Fly fishing and horseback riding are available on the ranch. Guided Ranch tours are provided by our ranch manager. Most of our 5,000-acre ranch is free for you to explore and enjoy!

A full master bedroom, second bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed, and an extra rollaway bed, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, phone and no TV await your arrival. It's an ideal retreat for small families, but will easily sleep 4 to 6 people. A small sleeping cabin next door is ideal for a kids' bunkhouse. Easy access from a paved road but within the sound of mountain water. Basic condiments furnished, groceries stocked upon request.

House Rates, $225.00 per night. (To reserve a date, we request 50% down payment in advance. 6 day minimum. If there is a cancellation within 30 days or less than the scheduled arrival date, 25% of the original down payment will be retained). Transportation to the Bench Ranch is not included in rental cost, but arrangement can be made for you. We're only sixty miles from Billings.
